Oatmeal Fruit Pizza:

Crust:
1 1/2C. Oats
1C. Flour
1/2C. Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2. tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
10 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Topping:

1C. Cream Cheese (softened)
3/4C. Powered Sugar
1tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 container Cool Whip (thawed)
Fresh Fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all CRUST dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Press into 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake for 10min or until golden. Allow to cool COMPLETELY!

While crust is cooling, in a COLD bowl mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream (I forgot and just mixed it in 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Spread over cooled cookie and top with fresh berries or fruit.
